On your first visit a full case history and physical examination will be undertaken. You will normally be asked to undress to your underwear so that a detailed physical examination can take place. This includes looking at your posture and the way you move. If X-rays and other tests are required your G.P. will be contacted with your consent.

When a diagnosis has been reached, a treatment plan will be developed with you. Osteopathy is patient-centred, meaning the treatment is geared towards you as an individual.
